Estimator - Intermediate / Senior Level



Our client is a medium sized contractor that has been established since the 1990’s based in Watford, Herts. They complete projects with values ranging from £50k to £2m in the repair, refurbishment, alterations and new build sectors with the added ability for design and build of new works within the Greater London and Northern Home Counties areas. Their clients include Local Authorities, Schools, Healthcare, Private Clients and Government Bodies. They are one of the fastest growing companies within the South East, focused on delivering first class project management, strong technical ability combined with a professional customer driven approach.



Due to this continued growth of the company they are now seeking an Estimator to join their team working compiling a number of tenders ranging in value from £50k to £2.5m.



You will be an experienced Estimator with sound knowledge of estimating from basic principles, a basic knowledge of design and build with a firm grasp of tendering processes. You will also be required to complete visits to a number of sites throughout Greater London and Northern Home Counties area and have first class communication skills.



This is an excellent opportunity for someone to take a lead role within an Estimating Department and play a key role within the development of a rapidly expanding business that offers excellent rewards.
