Home manager - nursing home



Home manager (RGN) required to take charge of 48 bed nursing home at Radlett, near Watford, Hertfordshire.

The nursing home belongs to a small group of busy care homes.



The home manager will have full day-to-day responsibility including the overall standard of care, occupancy, adherence to regulations / procedures, overall staff supervision, contact with authorities / visitors.



Candidates must be qualified as RGN with at least 2 years UK nursing management experience.



An RMA qualification, and experience of dementia / mental health will be an advantage.



Candidates who are deputy home managers with substantial proven UK experience will be seriously considered.



This is a fulltime, permanent position.

Annual salary will be £34,000, with bonus taking salary up to £40,000 for occupancy, CSCI ratings etc.
