Infrastructure Engineer, WINTEL, VMWare, MCSE



WINTEL, VMWARE, SANs LANs WANs, Clusters, RAID Infrastructure.



Global organization seek experienced consultant to join existing team to provide expertise in creating bespoke Wintel/.NET Infrastructure solutions around transaction processing and retail banking solutions. You will need a strong history of creating and implementing technical solutions to challenging problems within datacentres in a client facing capacity. Ideally with exposure to banking, retail banking, payments, credit, automated processing/transactions or similar.



Ultimately you must have solid Wintel.NET infrastructure skills including configuration load balancing, clustering, mirroring, RAID disk groups, SANs, LANs, WANs. Have previous high level support skills, knowledge of ITIL concepts, experience of MS SQL functionality and problem diagnosis, ability to install and configure VMWare, knowledge of high availability solutions.
