SunSystems 5 Support Analyst
Location: Watford
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Overall purpose:
To resolve clients systems problems via remote telephone support.
Principal accountabilities
To manage calls in a timely, professional and courteous manner
To provide excellent technical advice to clients in order to solve their issues
To be familiar with clients in terms of contact details, products and support required
To attend client site as and when required to carry out site audits
To provide strong server and client support
To become familiar with PA companion products in order to support those product also
Person specification
Qualifications: Outstanding Sun 5 product knowledge (not Sun Micro Systems).
Experience, skills and knowledge
Essential
Applicants should have at least one years Sun 5 telephone support experience.
Previous Management experience is preferred but not essential
